Maribor, 8 December - There is no good reason why mutual insurer Vzajemna should instantly transform into a joint-stock company. What is actually under way, is yet another skillfully planed game by business moguls who are trying to get their hands on one of the last remains of "public" property - the largest health insurer, the daily Vecer says in its commentary on Thursday.
