Ljubljana, 13 December - Below is a schedule of events for Wednesday, 14 December:

LJUBLJANA - At its weekly session, the government is expected to discuss a constitutional bill on the erased and a bill on collective bargaining agreements, with a press conference at 2 PM. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - Parliament's regular session is to open in the afternoon with a Q&A session. The parliamentary session is to end on 20 December, when the MPs are to take a vote on the appointment of Joze P. Damijan as minister without portfolio in charge of reforms.

LJUBLJANA - President Janez Drnovsek is to host a forum on Slovenia's future with a focus on dialogue and relations between the state and religious communities. The debates begin at 10 AM. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - The parliament's EU affairs committee and the finance and monetary policy committee are to discuss the EU 2007-2013 spending plan at a closed-door session scheduled for 11:30 AM.

LJUBLJANA - European Science and Research Commissioner Janez Potocnik is to outline the European Commission's 2006 programme of work at a joint session of the parliamentary foreign policy and EU affairs committees; at 10 AM.

HONG KONG, China - Economics Minister Andrej Vizjak and a delegation are attending a six-day WTO ministerial which will try to bring the Doha round of world trade liberalisation talks to an end.

LJUBLJANA - The Ljubljana Stock Exchange, the Association of Supervisory Board Members and the Manager Association are to sign changes to the code of joint stock company management, with a press conference following at 1:30 PM.

LJUBLJANA - The Slovenian Steel Group is to stage a press conference at 10 AM to present its results.

MARIBOR - Slovenia's Agency for Energy is to outline its activity in 2005 and plans for next year at a news conference scheduled for 11 AM.

LJUBLJANA - The info office of the European Parliament is to stage a press conference at 2 PM to present its head Natasa Gorsek Mencin and plans for 2006.

LJUBLJANA - The Young European Federalists (JEF) are to meet for a congress at 6 PM to elect a new leadership.

MADRID, Spain - Carmina Slovenica, the acclaimed Slovenian choir led by Karmina Silec, is to embark on a tour of Spain, where it is to perform several concerts between 14 and 21 December.
