Rupel Unsure About Fate of 2007-2013 EU Spending Plan Deal

Brussels, 12 December - The EU's 2007-2013 budget framework could still be adopted this year, however, if Britain refuses to budge on its positions, we could run into trouble, Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said on Monday.
