Jerovsek: We Are Moderately Optimistic About New EU Spending Plan

Ljubljana, 13 December - There is a 50% chance that agreement will be reached on the EU 2007-2013 spending plan at the summit on 15 and 16 December in Brussels, the chair of the parliamentary foreign policy committee, Joze Jerovsek, has said.
