Vecer Critical of Decision to Establish New Municipalities

Maribor, 16 December - By endorsing local referendums on new municipalities and with local elections due in late 2006, the National Assembly has already entered the election campaign, a daily comments on the parliament's decision to ask locals whether they would like to have new municipalities.
