Ljubljana, 18 December - Below is a schedule of events for Monday, 19 December:

LJUBLJANA - The twelfth regular session of the parliament is to get underway at 10 AM with amendments to the trade act topping the agenda. The session is scheduled to last until Tuesday. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - The Slovenian Minority Coordination (SLOMAK) is to meet the new State Secretary for Slovenians Abroad Zorko Pelikan, to discuss minority issues; at 11 AM.

LJUBLJANA - Speaker France Cukjati is to hold two farewell visits; with the outgoing Turkish Ambassador Balkan Kizildeli at 10:30 AM; and with outgoing Ukraine's Ambassador Ivan Hnatyshyn at 11 AM.

LJUBLJANA - The Association of Free Trade Unions (ZSSS) is to hold a press conference at 1 PM on the impact of the flat tax on agriculture and food processing industry.

VELENJE - Home appliances maker Gorenje is to outline its business plans for the 2006-2010 period; at 11 AM.

MARIBOR - Power producer Dravske Elektrarne Maribor is to present its 2005 business results and its plans for 2006; at 10 AM.
