EU Repeats Warning to Slovenia about Sea Pollution

Brussels, 19 December - The European Commission on Monday issued a second formal warning to Slovenia in which it calls the country to implement EU rules on the prevention of sea pollution. In case of further non-compliance, the Commission intends to take the case to the Court of the European Communities in Luxembourg.
