Parliament Says "No" to Sunday Shopping

Ljubljana, 20 December - The parliament has backed the changes to the trade act which stipulate that, with some exceptions, shops will be closed on Sundays as of 2006. The changes, backed in a 48:18 vote on Tuesday, will put in practice the outcome of the 2003 referendum on the issue.
