Iskra Management Preparing MBO Bid

Ljubljana, 20 December - Around 50 leading managers of Ljubljana-based electronics group Iskra have prepared a bid for a management buyout of the company as a way of blocking a hostile bid by Iskra Avtoelektrika, a manufacturer of electronic components for the car industry.
