Ombudsman: There Can be No Innovation in Climate of Fear

Ljubljana, 24 December - "It is difficult to come by new ideas in a climate of fear," Slovenia's human rights ombudsman has told the daily Delo in a reference to the way the government has gone about promoting its reforms.
