Govt Fires Head of Money Laundering Watchdog

Ljubljana, 27 December - The government has decided to dismiss the director of the Office for Money Laundering Prevention, Klaudijo Stroligo. Government spokesperson Valentin Hajdinjak confirmed for STA on Tuesday that Stroligo would be replaced by Andrej Plausteiner, who will serve as acting director.
