Ljubljana, 31 December - The last week in the year 2005 was marked not only by the holiday mood or heavy snows which covered practically the entire country, but also by a tragedy in which three girls died in a stampede outside a nightclub which operates without a valid license. Another event, which made the Slovenian minority in Austria especially happy, was a ruling by the Constitutional Court under which the Slovenian name should be added to the German one in two villages in the province of Carinthia.
