VIENNA, Austria - Invited by Chancellor Wolfgang Schuessel, PM Janez Jansa is to attend the annual New Year's concert of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. Schuessel moreover invited German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Vice President of the European Commission Guenter Verheugen. The three are to speak to the press at 3:20 PM.

LJUBLJANA - STA is to release an interview with Austrian Ambassador to Slovenia Valentin Inzko, who speaks about Austria's priorities during its stint as EU presiding country in the first half of 2006. (STA)
