Stocks Surge as the Year Draws to a Close

Ljubljana, 31 December - Towards the end of the last week of trading on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange in 2005, a rise in share prices pushed the SBI 20 benchmark index up 63.06 points (1.38%) from last week to 4,630.10, while the index has lost 5.6% since the beginning of this year.
