Flat Tax Differences Threaten to Overshadow Social Agreement Talks

Ljubljana, 4 January - Flat tax presents the biggest obstacle to reaching a social agreement for the 2006-2009 period. Talks on the deal between the social partners are expected to begin in the first half of January.
