Rupel: Stronger EU Institutions Mean Weaker National States

Ljubljana, 12 January - Speaking for the latest issue of weekly Demokracija, Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel touched on relations between EU institutions and the sovereignty of individual countries, saying he sees no cause for concern that European countries would evolve into US-styled administrative units.
