Govt Proposes Separate Insurance Company Restructuring Law

Ljubljana, 16 January - The government adopted changes to the act on health insurance on Monday envisaging the adoption of s special law that would give the insurers of Slovenia's only mutual insurance company, Vzajemna, a say in the restructuring of the insurer into a joint stock company.
