Minority Highlights Problems in a Letter to European Parliament

Klagenfurt, 17 January - The rights of the Slovenian minority in the Austrian province of Carinthia are not implemented, while Carinthia's Governor Joerg Haider, supported by the Austrian federal government, continues to defy the rulings of the country's Constitutional Court, a minority organisation wrote in a letter to the European Parliament on Tuesday.
