Australian Open: Mixed Day for Slovenians in Women's Doubles

Melbourne, 19 January - Slovenian players had a mixed day in the women's doubles competition at the Australian Open in Melbourne on Thursday. Katarina Srebotnik made it through to the second round with her playing partner, Shiobu Asagoe of Japan, while Tina Krizan and playing partner Jennifer Russell of the US were ousted in the first round.
