Delo on Re-Incorporation of Vzajemna into a Joint Stock Company

Ljubljana, 20 January - Vzajemna, Slovenia's sole mutual insurer, is not a relict of socialism, but a company established when Slovenia already had a market economy, so there is no need for it to be re-incorporated into a joint stock company, the daily Delo writes on Friday.
