President Says Now Is the Time for Action

Ljubljana, 21 January - President Janez Drnovsek has told Delo that the recent surge in presidential activity is a result of the realisation that it is time to act. "There used to be a time for reading, but now is the time to take action," he told Saturday's edition of the daily.
