Autocommerce Boss Decries Shareholder Structure at Slovenian Firms

Ljubljana, 21 January - Herman Rigelnik, the chief executive of the soon-to-be-listed conglomerate Autocommerce, has voiced criticism against the dispersed shareholder structure at many Slovenian companies, which he says is the worst thing that an executive has to deal with.
