Delo Praises Improved EU Fund Phasing Capacity

Ljubljana, 24 January - Daily Delo welcomes the government's announcement that the phasing of EU funds improved substantially in 2005, but notes that the poor showing in 2004 was not the exclusive fault of the previous government as some would have it.
