lark: Balkans proposal - key to Slovenia joining EC

        The purpose of the meeting was to exchange opinions on connecting Slovenia with the Twelve and on the crisis in the Balkans. The deputy president of the European Parliament said that Slovenia's experience from the former Yugoslavia could enable it to successfully contribute to bringing an end to the war in B-H and to preventing the spreading of the conflict.
