Annan for Delo: The Tide of Violence in Darfur has to be Reversed

Ljubljana, 26 January - UN Secretary General Kofi Annan has said the outlook for the western Sudanese region of Darfur is bleak unless a major new international effort is mustered in the coming weeks.
