Inquiry Commission Asks KAD and SOD to Hand Over Documents
Ljubljana, 26 January - A parliamentary inquiry commission investigating allegedly dubious share transactions by the state-owned KAD and SOD decided at Thursday's maiden session to ask the two funds as well as the Securities Market Agency to hand over all documents related to the sale of stakes in 83 companies.
