Companies Bill Comes Under Fire at Public Debate

Ljubljana, 26 January - Provisions of the companies bill that deal with co-determination came under fire on Thursday as the parliament hosted a public debate on the comprehensive bill. Many participants voiced the concern that employees would be completely excluded from decision-making in companies with a single-tier management system.
