DARS Clears First Hurdle towards EUR 1bn in Loans
Ljubljana, 26 January - The parliament's committee on finance and monetary policy has endorsed a bill on state guarantees for the Motorway Company (DARS), which allows the company to take out state-guaranteed loans in excess of one billion euros until 2010.
