Former President Questions Necessity of Govt Reforms

Ljubljana, 26 January - Former President Milan Kucan is unconvinced by the government's proposal for far-reaching economic and social reforms. In an address on Thursday to his Forum 21, he said the government's plans go beyond the economy, encroaching on the very fibre of society.
