Ljubljana, 30 January - Almost all blue chips closed in the red on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Monday, continuing a negative streak that started midway through last week. The benchmark SBI 20 closed at 4,629.53, down 18.09 points on the day.
