FM Rupel Warns the EU Not to Forget Serbia in Kosovo Talks

Brussels, 30 January - Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has urged the EU not to forget Serbia in Kosovo status talks. "Everyone is saying that the problem is Kosovo, but in reality it is Serbia that's the problem," he told EU foreign ministers on Monday.
