Trieste, 2 February - The Slovenian minority in Italy celebrated a landmark in the implementation of minority rights on Wednesday, as new rules of procedure entered into force in the regional parliament of Italy's Friuli Venezia-Giulia allowing the use of Slovenian and Friulan in official proceedings.
