Govt Amends Real Estate Agencies Act to Boost Consumer Protection
Ljubljana, 2 February - The government has amended the 2003 act on real estate agencies. The amendments introduce stricter provisions on consumer protection and are designed to bolster the development of the real estate profession, Janez Podobnik, minister of the environment and spatial planning, told the press on Thursday.
