Ljubljana, 5 February - Most notable event in the past week was no doubt the resignation of the director of newspaper publisher Vecer, Marko Tisma. Meanwhile, the European Commission assessed that Slovenia meets all criteria for the euro changeover, yet, it called for a reduction of public expenditure, and improvement of the long-term sustainability of public finances.
