HSE Offloading Majority Stake in TDR Metalurgija

Ljubljana, 10 February - Holding slovenske elektrarne (HSE), Slovenia's biggest power producer, published on Friday an invitation to tender for a 90.78% stake in TDR Metalurgija, a maker of ferro-alloys and calcium carbide. The offer runs through 15 March.
