Press Lambasts VURS for Bird Flu Fluke

Ljubljana/Maribor, 13 February - Commentators in Slovenia's leading dailies are sober on Monday about the appearance of bird flu in Slovenia. However, Delo and Vecer spare no criticism for the National Veterinary Administration (VURS), which had failed to inform the public of the infected swan, so it was the European Commission that broke the news.
