PM Says Nothing Can Stop Euro Adoption Now
Ljubljana/Brussels, 14 February - There is "nothing on the path ahead" that could jeopardise the adoption of the euro on 1 January 2007, Prime Minister Janez Jansa told the press in Ljubljana on Tuesday. The government would pursue a tight fiscal policy, so Slovenia will meet all eurozone entry requirements in June.
