Constitutional Court Inundated with New Cases

Ljubljana, 14 February - The Constitutional Court received 1,877 cases in 2005, almost 48% more than in 2004, while the number of pending cases also increased by 35% to 1,594, the president of the court Janez Cebulj told the press on Tuesday.
