Retailer Happy With Stay of Sunday Shopping Ban

Koper, 15 February - The retailer that filed the constitutional challenge of the Sunday shopping ban said it was happy with the Constitutional Court's decision to issue a stay on the implementation a provision that bans shops selling necessities from keeping Sunday shopping hours pending a constitutional review.
