Parliament Committee Amends and Confirms Companies Bill

Ljubljana, 15 February - The parliamentary economics committee confirmed the comprehensive new companies bill on Wednesday after it inserted 24 amendments. Some of the amendments were assessed as unlawful by the parliament's legal department, but MPs nevertheless endorsed them.
