Delo: Light at the End of the Tunnel for Kosovo?

Ljubljana, 16 February - In four days time negotiations concerning the future status of Kosovo will begin in Vienna. The standpoints of Belgrade and Pristina still differ as much as they did in 1999. Since then Kosovo is slowly but surely becoming remoter from Serbia, writes Thursday's Delo.
