LESCE - Leader of the New Slovenia (NSi) Andrej Bajuk and the head of the party's council Joze Horvat are to speak to the press at 1 PM following a regular session of the council.

POSTOJNA - The 2nd international festival of short stories, Fabula, is to close as the award for best short story over the past two years is given out by the daily Dnevnik at a ceremony scheduled for 7 PM.

LJUBLJANA - Slovenian women's handball champions Krim Ljubljana are to take on Norway's Larvik in the final-round match of the A group stage of the Champions League at 4 PM. If they win, Krim will secure first place in Group A. (STA)
