Ljubljana, 19 February - Slovenia had a turbulent start of the week, as the highly virulent H5N1 strain of the bird-flu virus was discovered in a swan. The entire country was declared a high-risk bird flu zone, so poultry must be kept indoors. Also this week, the Constitutional Court issued a stay on the implementation of legislation which will allow shops to keep Sunday shopping hours until a final ruling is passed.
