Public Has Mixed Emotions about President Drnovsek's Moves

Ljubljana, 20 February - President Janez Drnovsek's recent surge in political activity has been met with mixed emotions by the public, according to a survey by the daily Dnevnik. While Drnovsek got the cold shoulder for granting clemency to two convicts, his efforts to help Darfur and set up the Movement for Justice and Peace have been warmly welcomed.
