Klagenfurt, 21 February - The Higher Regional Court in Austria's Graz has upheld the ruling of the Regional Court in Klagenfurt, which has forbidden Carinthian Governor Joerg Haider to further insult Rudi Vouk of the National Council of Carinthian Slovenians (NSKS).
