Ljubljana, 23 February - If Albanians and Serbs were able to answer the question of how to provide a brighter future for the people of Kosovo, then Albanians almost certainly would not be obsessed with gaining complete independence from Belgrade, and Serbs would not be obsessed with regaining control of the population of 2 million albeit 90% Albanian, notes Delo.
