Ljubljana, 23 February - Police plans to use tasers as a non-lethal form of coercion have hit a number of stumbling blocks, as the relevant parliamentary commission on Thursday postponed the final decision, while the opposition submitted amendments to the police act to prevent the introduction of the new weapons.
