LDS and SD Challenge Asylum Act, Abolition of Anti-Graft Body

Ljubljana, 24 February - The two biggest opposition parties have asked the constitutional court to annul disputed provisions of the asylum act, and certain provisions of the act on incompatibility of holding public office with profit-making activity that abolish the independent anti-graft body.
