Ljubljana, 26 February - The second case of the H5N1 strain of the bird flu virus was confirmed in Slovenia, with the number of birds so far diagnosed with the H5 virus rising to twelve. Talks between retailers and trade unions on the opening hours of shops were bogged down after the employers pulled out from the collective bargaining agreement for the sector.
