FM Says EU Does Not Wish to Punish Serbia-Montenegro

Brussels, 27 February - The EU does not want to harm Serbia or disable it, what is wants is for Serbia to fulfill its international obligations and bring general Ratko Mladic to the Hague by the beginning of April, Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said after a session of EU foreign ministers on Monday.
